Agituff Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the conditions under which you can return Agituff products and receive a refund.

Returns

  • You may return most unused, undamaged products within 3 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • Certain products, such as custom-made glass or installed products, may be excluded from returns. These exclusions will be marked on the product page.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us by email or by phone number. We will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) and instructions on how to return the product.

Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the product.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring the shipment for the full value of the product.

Refunds

  • Once we receive the returned product and verify that it meets the return conditions, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method within 30 business days.
  • Shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately.
  • We will arrange for the product to be returned and issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
